Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from Dentic Med, you agree to the following terms governing all quotations, orders, and deliveries.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)We require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 35 to 50 instruments per order.
Exceptions may be made for sample or trial orders at our discretion.
Pricing & QuotationsAll prices are quoted on FOB, C&F, or CIF basis according to customer preference.
Quotation Validity: Prices are valid for 15 days from the date of quotation. Orders must be confirmed within this period.
Price Revision: Prices are generally reviewed annually, but may be revised every 6 months in response to market conditions or material cost fluctuations, with mutual consent.
Tender Pricing: Dentic Med reserves the right to adjust final invoice amounts if the order quantity is less than originally quoted.
Order AcceptanceAll orders are subject to acceptance by Dentic Med.
No variation to these terms will be binding unless agreed upon in writing and signed by an authorized company representative.
Order CancellationOnce confirmed, orders and contracts are final and non-cancellable.
Any request for change or cancellation after confirmation may not be accepted.
Payment TermsFor new clients:
L/C at Sight (Irrevocable) or Advance Payment is required.
After one year of successful business, payment terms may be extended to CAD or a credit period, upon review.
All payments must be made in USD (U.S. Dollars) unless otherwise stated in the quotation.
Payment OptionsDentic Med offers four payment methods:
Full Advance Payment:
Suitable for small orders. Payment can be made via bank transfer or draft in favor of Dentic Med.
Partial Advance Payment:
50% advance, with balance payable against shipping documents through your bank. Bank charges are borne by the buyer.
Letter of Credit (L/C):
Accepted for bulk orders. All bank charges related to the L/C are the buyer’s responsibility.
Telegraphic Transfer (T/T):
Payments can also be made by T/T directly to our bank, with prior intimation to our sales department.
Sampling PolicySample orders are available against cost and freight.
We understand that new customers may wish to place smaller sample orders initially to evaluate our quality and craftsmanship.
Lead TimeEstimated delivery timelines:
Sample Orders: 3–5 working days
Small Orders: 15–45 working days
Large Orders: 45–90 working days
Bulk Orders: 90–180 working days
Lead time starts from the date of order confirmation or quotation approval, whichever is later.
Shipping & DispatchStandard mode of shipment is Air Freight.
Other options such as Courier, Air Post Parcel, or Sea Freight are available upon request.
Freight charges vary based on destination, weight, and dispatch method.
C&F or CIF rates are quoted upon receiving order details and shipping preferences.
Branding & Private LabelingWe offer free product stamping with the Dentic Med logo.
Private labeling or custom branding is available upon request at the time of order confirmation.
PackagingInstruments are individually packed in poly bags, then grouped (12 pieces per box) and placed in export-grade cartons.

12” × 12” × 9”
12” × 12” × 12”
14” × 14” × 16”
Average carton weight: 20–25 kg
Stock & InventoryDentic Med maintains a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory system.
Partial deliveries may occur when stock availability is limited.
Customers preferring complete delivery only must specify this on their purchase order.
Shipment TrackingTracking details are shared via email once goods are dispatched.
Tracking is available for courier and air freight shipments only.
Air mail shipments may not include tracking information.
Product WarrantyAll Dentic Med instruments carry a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
This excludes:
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper care
Normal wear and tear
To claim warranty service, please return the product with a written description of the defect to our facility.
Returns & ExchangesWe offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within 7 days of purchase, provided:
The instrument is unused,
Not sterilized, and
Returned in its original packaging.
Upon inspection, we will refund or exchange the product promptly.
Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective.
If a manufacturing defect is verified, Dentic Med will replace or exchange the product free of charge.
Governing LawAll transactions with Dentic Med are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Sialkot, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
